Police arrested 25 Chinese na- tionals and a Tsinoy in a raid at Bayview International Tower 3 in Parañaque City reportedly used as a drug and cybercrime den.
Agents of the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency, National Bureau of Investigation, Bureau of Immigration and Southern Police District seized two kilos of shabu valued at P12 million.
Arrested were 21 Chinese na- tionals, including Chang Qiang, Wang Wen Yong, Zhou Tao and Wang Yan, and Tsinoy Joshua Cay- etano who yielded an ecstasy tablet and an improvised tooter.
The occupants had claimed to be call center agents but were instead found involved in cybercrime op- erations such as credit card fraud and electronic phishing.
