Starting 2017, the Philippine Postal Corporation will discontinue Second class and Third class mails. All mails will henceforth be treated as First class mail.
As Tulay is no longer registered as Second Class mail, the new postage exceeds our Tulay subscription rates.
As such, our new one-year subscription rates are as follows: P600 for Metro Manila; P720 for Luzon, outside Metro Manila; P840 for Visayas and Mindanao; US$50 for Asia; US$60 for USA, EU, Canada; P600 for PDF format (PH and Abroad).
All active subscriptions will still be honored and above new rates will be applied upon renewal.
