The Philippine Council for Foreign Relations, Inc. (PCFR) hosted its Fourth Roundtable Dialogue with the Chinese People’s Institute of Foreign Affairs (CPIFA) at the Philippine International Convention Center on Oct. 9, 2019, with the theme “Elevating Further Philippines-China Relations.” Among the dialogue participants were Ambassador Yang Yanyi (楊燕怡), head of the CPIFA delegation (middle); former Chinese Ambassador to Manila Wang Chungui (王春貴), sixth from right; Ambassador Vidal E.
